Everything you need to know about Yeti Member Plans
The main differences are frequency of service and level of savings. Annual plans are once per year at standard pricing. Bi-Annual (2x/year) saves $50 per service. Tri-Annual (3x/year) saves $100 per service and includes hard water removal. Quarterly (4x/year) saves $150 per service and includes everything plus free screen cleaning.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We’ll adjust your billing and schedule accordingly. There’s no penalty for changing plans.
All plans include rain guarantees! Annual plans have 7-day rain guarantee, while Bi-Annual, Tri-Annual, and Quarterly plans all include 14-day rain guarantee. If it rains within that window and affects your clean, we’ll come back at no charge.
Once you enroll, we place your services into our calendar based on your chosen frequency. You’ll receive automatic reminders 2 weeks before and 2 days before each service. If the scheduled time doesn’t work, just reply to the reminder and we’ll reschedule you with priority.
No problem! If you decide to skip a service, that payment becomes account credit that never expires. You can use it for any future service—window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, or any add-ons. Complete flexibility.
No cancellation fees! We want you to stay because you love our service, not because you’re locked in. If you cancel within the first 12 months, you just reimburse the initial discount received from your plan. After 12 months, cancel anytime with no penalty.
